Spring is coming.

That means warmer weather.

Which of course means we’re getting closer to tanks tops, spaghetti straps, no straps, tube tops, halter tops, bikini tops. Tons of TOPS. All with little or no sleeves.

It’s time to get prepared. We’re gonna rock those tops!

This workout is meant to be an arm burner. Instead of doing sets and reps, we’re doing 60 second intervals. It’s really important to make sure you keep your form. This isn’t about doing 100 bicep curls in 60 seconds. It’s about doing as many good quality moves as you can in a 60 second time frame. And of course, since it’s a burner, you know we’re not doing this routine once. Oh no. We’re doing it three times!! After you finish one round (one round = all ten moves) you can take a minute brake and then do the burner again, another minute brake, then do it one last time! YOU CAN DO IT!! You’re gonna be sore and burning at the end…but it’s all for the TANK TOP!!

I can already tell this workout is going to be a killer. I hate mountain climbers..lol…but I’ll do them anyway because my upper body strength needs work. Thanks for the workout!

I really need to buy some weights. My arms are like nothing, and I have pratucally no upper body strength. Your workouts are great! Now if I could just get some motivation…
