I don’t have many words today…
because I’m still full from yesterday.
I think I ate enough of this dip to turn me in to a loaded baked potato.
One bite of this and you’ll see what I mean.
- 16 oz lowfat sour cream
- 6 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 chive stalks [stalks?], chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let sit in the fridge for a few hours. Then get out your favorite bag of chips and get to it.
