The end of the week is here and it’s time for some Fitness Friday motivators for you!

This TRX workout from this Fitnessista is one that I’ve added to my list of “must try immediately”. I’ve never taken a TRX class, but I’ve done a few moves with the bands on my own at the gym and they are definitely harder than they look — like in a total badass kind of way.

Cookie dough that’s healthy? Sign me up!!┬áNot only is it healthy, but it’s a single serving portion that’s perfect for mama to enjoy on the couch when the toddler is tucked in to bed.

My new favorite shirt. I mean, can you say anymore than that?

I just bought a pack of these Pink Lemonade Coconut Waters for Logan and they are amazing. Not only for him, but also for me after a long good sweat sesh!
