DIY Relaxation Bath Salts

I never used to be a bath person until a few months ago.

I guess the idea of now being in an area, where my body can be soaking, and I can’t get up to clean the sink while I’m preparing a snack and paying the bills and folding laundry and making sure the house doesn’t burn down, is actually verrrry appealing. My problem is that mommy bath time is very sporadic and usually when I decide to take a bath or actually have the energy to soak, without just wanting to pass out, I find that I don’t have anything but a bar of soap to use. #momfail

So I decided that if I was going to have that moment of relaxation that I wanted to be prepared, and be able to make something for my bath in the drop of a hat. That’s where this super easy bath salt recipe comes in to play! And now, I honestly want to just take a bath every single day and put a sign up that says “mom’s bathing, come back later”. Let’s get real though, no one reads mom signs…right?

DIY Relaxation Bath Salts
1 cup epsom salt
1/2 cup baking soda
3 drops lavender oil
3 drops lemon oil
2 drops rosemary oil
