This is my little bloggie where I share all my kitchen adventures, miles and miles of runs, and crazy personal workouts.
You’ll quickly learn that my favorite thing to eat is peanut butter and chocolate. Sometimes together. Sometimes separate. I’m also a crazed coffee maniac, lover of ice cream, and salad beast consumer. Yes. I know. These combinations don’t really make sense, but I like what I like.
I’m passionate about health and fitness but also in desperate need of a piece of cake…every day. Everything in moderation.
I love pushing myself to the limits, realizing that I’m stronger than I think, creating treats in the kitchen that bring people together, and exploring life. I’d like to say that this blog focuses on one thing in particular, and it does (even though it doesn’t seem like it). My life. My l.i.f.e. as a married twenty-something, on a journey to finding everyday happiness. Bite-by-bite.
