Hi I’m Steph…and this is Steph’s Bite by Bite!

This is my little bloggie where I share all my kitchen adventures, miles and miles of runs, and crazy personal workouts.

You’ll quickly learn that my favorite thing to eat is peanut butter and chocolate. Sometimes together. Sometimes separate. I’m also a crazed coffee maniac, lover of ice cream, and salad beast consumer. Yes. I know. These combinations don’t really make sense, but I like what I like.

I’m passionate about health and fitness but also in desperate need of a piece of cake…every day. Everything in moderation.

I love pushing myself to the limits, realizing that I’m stronger than I think, creating treats in the kitchen that bring people together, and exploring life. I’d like to say that this blog focuses on one thing in particular, and it does (even though it doesn’t seem like it). My life. My l.i.f.e. as a married twenty-something, on a journey to finding everyday happiness. Bite-by-bite.

We have so much in common! I too met my hub in March, I’m a food blogger, have run 2 Halfs and am in the process of preparing for a few more! This dumb broken bone in my toe is really slowing my runs! Nice to meet you!

WOW!! Small, small world! I had a stress fracture in my leg and had to give up running for three months…there’s another similarity 😉

it’s always fantastic finding another blogger equally as obsessed with running, chocolate, peanut butter (I’ve been known to eat a jar in 2 days!) and coffee as I am..

I absolutely love what you believe about food: that moderation is the most important thing. I totally agree with this philosophy, and really think that to live a healthy, happy and balanced life, you need to demolish that chockie cake from time to time! (or everyday in your case ) 😉

my next goal is to run a half marathon, which is both terrifying and exciting!
