Work It Out Wednesday
I know what you’re thinking!
Isn’t this a food blog?
Well…yes…but I’m also crazy obsessed with fitness. Go figure. I can’t explain it.
What I can tell you though is that every Wednesday you can come to my blog and find a workout! Yeah!! (Hence the title, “Work It Out Wednesday”). Almost all of these workouts can be done within the comfort of your own home, using home weights, or just your body weight. There are some treadmill routines, which of course you’d need treadmill access for.
I hope that these workouts can provide you with some new routines, get your heart rate up, and burn some serious cal.O.ries!
